No side walling. 2,5m (height) back walling with nameboard (fascia board) of company name on back wall. Carpets and one plug point included.

Full walling. 2,5m (height) walling on all sides of the stall with nameboard (fascia board) of company name above entrance to stall. Carpets, two spotlights and one plug point included.

Costing is determined by the size of exhibition stand. This will be communication once application form is received.

1. Exhibition Hours

2. Exhibition stands must be open for ALL 10 days of the show.

3. Staff access included – 4 per day.

4. Applications and agreements will be communicated electronically and must be signed electronically.

5. Amounts include 15% VAT and are valid for the 10 days of the show.

6. Deposit of 50% + Regulation Fees payable by 30 November 2026, immediate payment applies for bookings after this date.

7. Balance of exhibition fees must be paid in full before 16 March 2027, exhibitors with outstanding fees will not be allowed to exhibit.

8. Discount applies if TOTAL exhibition fees are paid (not applicable to food stalls):

a. 10% discount if total stall fees are paid before 04 December 2026

b. 5% discount if total stall fees are paid 01 March 2027

9. Exhibitors can make monthly instalments towards the exhibition fee until 16 March 2027.
