A floating trophy donated by DairyBelle will be awarded for most points in class 9.  Participants must enter in all the classes to qualify for the trophy

11.1    Low Fat Plain Yoghurt – 1.5% tot 2.5%
    Two containers

11.2    Low Fat Flavoured Yoghurt – 1.5% to 2.5%
    The entry must consist of the following:
*    Three flavours of own choice
Two containers of each flavour
11.3    Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt – 1.5% to 2.5%
    The entry must consist of the following:
    *    Low fat strawberry yoghurt
    *    Low fat apricot yoghurt
    *    One flavour of own choice
    Two containers of each flavour

11.4    Drinking Yoghurt
    The entry must consist of the following:
    *    Strawberry
    *    Two flavours of own choice
One container of each flavour

11.5    Fat Free Flavoured Yoghurt – not more than 0.5%
Strawberry plus two flavours of own choice
Two containers of each flavour

11.6    Full Cream Plain Yoghurt – at least 3.0%
    Two containers

11.7    Full Cream Yoghurt with added foodstuffs – at least 3.0%
Two containers

11.8    Double Cream Plain Yoghurt – at least 4.5%
    Two containers

11.9    Double Cream Yoghurt with added foodstuffs – at least 4.5%
